Ninja
By opening up the world of Ninja to your child, you are providing a unique way to focus their energy. Practicing the sport of ninja exercises the body and mind, but also builds character and cultivates discipline. Ninja isn’t just a ton of fun for kids (although it is, in fact, a TON of fun); it instills values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success. Ninja gives your child the confidence to take on any challenge and gives you peace of mind knowing that you are contributing to their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Plus, your ninja will learn to kick, jump and flip like characters in their favorite video games in our safe padded training center right here in South Jordan… it doesn’t get much cooler than that!

Ninja Jr. (4-5 YRS)
Ninja Jr. is the entry level class for younger athletes to the new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance.
Ninja (5 – 11 YRS)
Ninja White
White is an entry level Ninja class for ages 5-11. Athletes will learn the basics to the sport inspired by parkour, gymnastics, martial arts and obstacle training. Ninja embodies discipline, focused energy & skill.
Ninja Yellow
Yellow is an intermediate level Ninja class for athletes who have mastered and “leveled up” from N: White. Athletes will continue their training with more difficult obstacles and challenges
Ninja Warrior (8-18 YRS)
Ninja Warrior is for our older athletes who are looking to train like the American Ninja Warriors seen on TV. This class focuses on high-level obstacle training, enhancing agility, and developing full-body strength.
