Ninja
By opening up the world of Ninja Sport to your child, you are providing a unique way to focus their energy. Practicing the sport of ninja exercises the body and mind, but also builds character and cultivates discipline. Ninja isn’t just a ton of fun for kids (although it is, in fact, a TON of fun); it instills values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success. Our ninja program gives your child the confidence to take on any challenge and gives you peace of mind knowing that you are contributing to their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Plus, your ninja will learn to kick, jump and flip like characters in their favorite video games in our safe padded training center right here in Heber City… it doesn’t get much cooler than that!

*All ninja classes will utilize our Ninja Warrior Course that features a warped wall, salmon ladder, rock wall, monkey bars, peg boards and more!
Ninja Jr. (4 – 5 YRS)
Introductory class to a sport inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance. This class focuses on building discipline in each little ninja while teaching them how to maneuver obstacles, increase balance, and develop full body strength.
Ninja (5 – 11 YRS)
Ninja is an entry level class inspired by gymnastics, parkour, martial arts, obstacle course training, and street dance. Students will learn about precision jumps, safe landings, basic vaults, re-grips and more! While the majority of class will be focused on developing strength and skills on our ninja warrior course, time will also be spent on other traditional aparatus’.
Ninja Warriors (8 – 18 yrs)
Ninja Warrior is for our older athletes who are looking to train like the American Ninja Warriors seen on TV. This class focuses on high-level obstacle training, enhancing agility, and developing full-body strength. These athletes will train predominantly on our Ninja Warrior rig that features a warped wall, peg-board, monkey bars, rings, salmon ladder & more!
