Dear Black Diamond Families,
I hope you’re all hanging in there. While this is certainly a time of adjustment and uncertainty, it gives us an opportunity to focus on the health and well-being of our families, friends and community. Unfortunately, we will definitely be closed through March 28th and will re-evaluate the following week at that time. As stated earlier, we will automatically be adding makeup days to every member’s account for missed classes and programming in March resulting from this pause and will handle the scheduling of all individual makeups and other administrative challenges after we resume operations. During this pause, we continue to carefully monitor and reassess the situation, and will provide another update later in the week.
I have received a few emails regarding billing for April programming. Unless you’ve reached out to us indicating otherwise, we will NOT be charging accounts for April programs until we resume operations. (Several families have asked that we do not pause their payments, but rather continue to process their auto payments in an effort to support our business and staff during this time. Thank you so much! Your generosity is appreciated by me personally and our staff.)
Our staff has been working diligently on deep cleaning, additional curriculum development and fun activities for you and your children. We miss having you and your children and their amazing energy in our facilities. Though we can’t be together at this time, our Black Diamond crew has been working on fun challenges, activities and workouts that can be done together at home. Watch our social media accounts and your email for these and be sure to post and tag Black Diamond with the results. If we can’t be together in person, at least we can stay connected via social media and technology!
