By opening up the world of Ninja to your child, you are providing a unique way to focus their energy. Practicing the sport of ninja exercises the body and mind, but also builds character and cultivates discipline. Ninja isn’t just a ton of fun for kids (although it is, in fact, a TON of fun); it instills values and techniques that provide an important foundation for your child’s success. Ninja gives your child the confidence to take on any challenge and gives you peace of mind knowing that you are contributing to their physical, mental and emotional well-being. Plus, your ninja will learn to kick, jump and flip like characters in their favorite video games in our safe padded training center right here in Park City… it doesn’t get much cooler than that!

Ninja Jr. (4 – 5 YRS)

Ages 4-5: Ninja Jr. is the entry level class for younger students to the new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance.

Ninja (5 – 11 YRS)

Ages 5 – 11: Ninja embodies discipline, focused energy and skill in each week’s lesson plans. This entry level class focuses heavily on obstacle training, ninja-style tumbling, balance and much more. This class is introduced to our ninja warrior rig that highlights a warped wall, peg board, rock wall, monkey bars, salmon ladder and much more!

Ninja Warrior (8-18 YRS)

Ninja Warrior is for our older athletes who are looking to train like the American Ninja Warriors seen on TV. This class focuses on high-level obstacle training, enhancing agility, and developing full-body strength. These athletes will train predominantly on our Ninja Warrior rig that features a warped wall, peg-board, monkey bars, rings, salmon ladder & more!
