NinjaZone
We’re excited to announce our partnership with NinjaZone, an internationally recognized program that blends gymnastics, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
NinjaZone focuses the minds of enthusiastic kids by using movements their bodies inherently crave. Ninjas are trained to spin, roll, flip, kick, and fly through challenges – almost as if they are starring in a real-life video game. Ninja skills transcend the gym. The progressive skill system in the NinjaZone program teaches focus, grit, and confidence, leaving kids ready for the next challenge – at Ninja class, or in life.

Lil’ Ninja (4-5 YRS)
Lil’ Ninja is an introduction to Ninja Zone and incorporates a combination of gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior. This class focuses on obstacle training and freestyle movement for students ages 4-5.
Ninja White (5 + YRS)
Ninja White is the beginning Ninja class for ages 5 and up. This class incorporates a combination of gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior. With a focus on level progressions and skill advancements, students will learn a combination of rolls, flips, jumps, and kicks, along with agility, strength building, and training techniques.
Students gain knowledge and core values as described in the Ninja Zone creed.
Ninja Yellow (5 + YRS)
Ninja Yellow is the next level in Ninja Zone classes. After mastering skill requirements in Ninja White, students in this class build on progressions through a combination of gymnastics, parkour, tricking, and warrior. Students advance to this class based on coach recommendation only. *Office needs to enroll for this class after coaches approval.
Ninja Green (5 + YRS)
Ninja Green is the next level in Ninja Zone classes.
