Ninja
We’re excited to announce our partnership with NinjaZone, an internationally recognized program that blends gymnastics, obstacle training, and freestyle movement.
NinjaZone focuses the minds of enthusiastic kids by using movements their bodies inherently crave. Ninjas are trained to spin, roll, flip, kick, and fly through challenges – almost as if they are starring in a real-life video game. Ninja skills transcend the gym. The progressive skill system in the NinjaZone program teaches focus, grit, and confidence, leaving kids ready for the next challenge – at Ninja class, or in life.

We’ll be incorporating the NinjaZone curriculums into both our Ninja and Urban Gymnastics classes beginning March 2025.
Ninja Jr. (4-5 YRS)
Ninja Jr. is the entry level class for younger athletes to the new sport discipline inspired by gymnastics, martial arts, obstacle course training and street dance.
Ninja 1 (5 + YRS)
Ninja is an entry level Ninja class for ages 5-11. Athletes will learn the basics to the sport inspired by parkour, gymnastics, martial arts and obstacle training. Ninja embodies discipline, focused energy & skill.
