Preschool Gymnastics
Gym Kids (Walking – 5 YRS)
Gym Kids is a movement education and preschool gymnastics program in South Jordan. This program consists of four levels of classes and is designed to appropriately challenge students in an uplifting environment. Themed lesson plans change every two weeks and are designed to inspire each age-group to meet physical, cognitive and social objectives.
Diaper Daredevils (Walking – 2 YRS)
This is an adult/tot class that promotes early cognitive development, spatial awareness and gross motor development. Diaper Daredevils uses music, colors, numbers and apparatus’ assembled for Black Diamond’s youngest athletes. Parental participation is required.

Tumble Bugs (2 – 3 YRS)
This is an adult/tot class. Lesson plans are designed to foster early social development with other students and enhance fine and gross motor skill development. Athletes will improve coordination and balance through purposeful activities. Students will begin to recognize differentiations in colors, letters and numbers.

Tumble Bees (3 – 4 YRS)
Tumble bees is the first class experience children will have, independent of their adult partner. In addition to creating a comfortable transition for the children, classes have the following objectives; build full-body strength and muscle control, develop fine and gross motor skills, increase hand-eye coordination and body-awareness.
Tumble Frogs (4 – 5 YRS)
Students will be introduced to new apparatus’ in an exploratory way – preparing them for the next step in our sport programs. They will gain physical strength, flexibility and mastery in recognizing numbers and colors.

Bears (4 – 5 YRS)
Bears is a co-ed recreational sampler class in the early afternoon for students ages 4-5. Students will begin to learn progressions and skills seen in the following recreational classes: Gymnastics, Ninja Jr. & Big Air Jr.
Lesson Plans are focused on developing a well-rounded and versatile athlete who can follow any discipline upon aging out of the class.
