Preschool Gymnastics
Gym Kids (Walking – 5 YRS)
Gym Kids is a movement education and early gymnastics program right here in Park City. The curriculum consists of four different class levels. The focus is on the young child and his or her basic developmental needs. Our themed lessons change every two weeks and are specifically designed to inspire each age group to meet physical, cognitive and social objectives in a fun-filled learning environment.
Diaper Daredevils (Walking – 2 YRS)
This is an adult/tot class. This class promotes early cognitive development, spatial awareness and gross motor development. Curriculum uses music, colors and numbers in addition to teaching props and apparatus specifically designed for our little ones.

Tumble Bugs (2 – 3 YRS)
This is an adult/tot class. Lessons are designed to foster early social development with other students, enhance fine and gross motor skill development, coordination, and balance as well as introduction to colors and letters.

Tumble Bees (3 – 4 YRS)
Tumble bees is the first experience children will have with their BD instructor, independent of their adult partner. In addition to creating a comfortable transition for the children, lessons are designed to increase strength and muscle control, develop fine and gross motor skills as well as hand-eye coordination and body awareness.
Tumble Frogs (4 – 5 YRS)
Students will be introduced to new gym apparatus in an exploratory way – preparing them for the next step in our gymnastics program. They will gain physical strength, flexibility and mastery in their numbers and colors.

Bears (4 – 5 YRS)
Bears is a co-ed recreational sampler class in the early afternoon for students ages 4-5. Students will begin to learn progressions and skills seen in the following recreational classes: Gymnastics, Ninja Jr. & Big Air Jr.
Lesson Plans are focused on developing a well-rounded and versatile athlete who can follow any discipline upon aging out of the class.
