Girls Gymnastics
Black Diamond offers gymnastics instruction for girls of all ability levels in the Park City, Greater Salt Lake area and beyond! The curriculum includes activities on many pieces of apparatus including vault, bars, balance beam, floor exercise and trampoline. Class levels are based on age and skill ability.
Girls White (5 YRS+)
No experience required. All four events will be introduced: bars, beam, floor, and vault. Skills include rolls, cartwheels, handstands as well as basics on vault, bars, beam and trampoline.

Girls Green (6 YRS+)
This class is for athletes who have mastered the skills in our White class and are ready for additional challenge. In addition to our ongoing reinforcement of the basics, athletes will work on roundoffs and walkovers on floor; circling skills on bars; basic jumps and tumbling on beam; and handstand flat back vaults.

Girls Blue (6 YRS+)
Girls Blue is an intermediate-advanced level program that will focus on handsprings and element sequences on floor, swinging skills on bars, intermediate-advanced tumbling and dance on beam and the ongoing development of vault technique.

Girls Black (7 YRS+)
Girls Black is an advanced level program that takes the athlete to a whole new level. In addition to advanced skill development on all events, athletes at this level will be encouraged to put the skills together into longer sequences or routines – the ultimate demonstration of mastery.
